A CREATIVE WAY OF LEARNING

"Health is Wealth" - a very popular saying that is proven to be true. Wealth is like a distant star- one must face the obstacles and culprits on the way, before reaching it. The same is true with good health.


The word 'health' seems to be very simple and ordinary matter. But if we dig deeper and study the real essence of good health, you'll come to realize that it's a complicated matter, thus it should be taken seriously. This is the reason why the schools have their unique ways of educating the students regarding the good health. Aside from the ordinarydiscussions inside the classrooms, sponsoring quiz bees and seminars, administering food festivals and competitions are some of the tecniques that the schools have adopted to educate the students about nutrition and health in a creative way. ISNHS is one of the schools which celebrates Nutrition Month as a way to tell the students how important good health and nutrition are, by maens of administering different competitions. Somme of these are quizzes, essay writing, poster and slogan making, food festivals and many more , which the students enjoy so much.


The celebration of Nutrition Month is a brilliant idea. It helps us understand the importance of a good health without getting bored, like we usually do when we are inside our classrooms. Its like learning while enjoying - a creative way of learning.
